Tonycuts is a Belgian “DJ-vocalist-producer” who lives in Brazil and Europe.
As an experimental vocalist , he is mixing scat and beatbox together in his songs.
As a musician he plays turntablism (using the turntables as a musical instrument),
He also plays the drum and other percussion .
He has the talent to make samplers and electronic stuff sound organic.
He is using all instruments he can get his hands(mouth or feet)
and combines all the elements in his productions.
As a DJ he is playing “any style”.
His point of view is : “When I´m having a party , I want to have fun”, so, mixing cool and hilarious

Besides DJ-'ing in Brazil, Tonycuts was also focused on producing music .
He only had his laptop, some mic’s and digital DJ/scratch-ware – in his
luggage.
So everyday before surfing he was busy making tracks.
After some months he sended some tracks to the Motorola contest
"MotoMix" , this was a contest for talented producers in the line of Red-
Bull Music Academy.
A few weeks later he was selected out of 2600 people and was
performing successfully in
Sao Paulo.
Tonycuts was already very active into music before he was in Brazil
He was DJ-ing everywhere and organised his own parties.
The parties in Antwerp (Belgium) were called “Funky Cold Medina”.
It was a concept of mixing oldskool, funk , hip hop, reggae -style with a
mash of 80/90ties and hilarious music.
People came from all over the country to enjoy the breakers on stage,
crowd on the dance floor, and of course the special style of music.
Tonycuts is also devoted to what is called fusion-music, a style splitted
up from jazz,
combining all sort of styles together.
No limits in music anymore, just play the way it is, the way it feels good.
